**Basic Job Function Description from Career Architecture**:- Will handle detailed problems which require standard solutions.- They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team.- Responds to inquiries and questions regarding all areas of HR.- Coaches / assists less experienced team members on more complicated / unusual inquiries.- May take lead in research / resolution of more complex issues.- Identifies and recommends process improvement opportunities.**Skills Required**:- Solid understanding of HR policies/laws/procedures (either global, APAC, EMEA, Americas), practices and administrative guidelines- Comfortable with and prior experience with client/customer service, including ability to handle issues/concerns/feedback in a timely and professional manner- Prior project management and strong time management skills- Ability to move projects and tasks forward as assigned, or ongoing for long term assignments/projects- Proven high levels of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality- Ability to follow standard SOP's as well as assist with education and enforcement of SOPs as needed within the guidelines of the COE- Will be responsible to maintain, develop, and create New Employee Orientation (NEO) content for up to 40+ countries (based on region)- Assist in Executive Orientations- Comfortable learning new tools and systems, and coordinating system administration- Experience with SharePoint, using internal and external sites a plus- Experience with development of eLearnings/SCORM/storyboard a plus- Experience presenting on WebEx/Conference calls a plus- Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, a plus- Research background a plus- Bi/Multi-lingual a plus**Education & Experience**:- Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
