This role demands proactive thinking and anticipation so solutions can be built, or gaps can be addressed with the support of COEs and other teams wherever applicable. This role will support the AMS region and hence an indepth knowledge of policies and procedures is needed, especially for USA which contributes to high volume in the region. Prior experience and knowledge of Workday, CRM tools, Benefits systems etc will be an added advantage.**Responsibilities**:- Resolve employee enquiries submitted via chats and tickets in the HR Direct tool- Provide end to end support with complete case ownership and resolve tickets with complete and cohesive solution- Connect with employees one-on-one, offering a good customer experience- Establish good rapport with the HR support teams and the COE leads- Support process, program or project delivery with team guidance and instructions- Identify areas for process improvements; provide solution for non-standard activities- Assist with analytical and administrative support tasks for the team, on need basis**Education and Experience Required**:- First level university degree; advanced university degree in business or equivalent experience preferred- Typically 5+ years' experience in HR, HROPS, Shared Services preferably in HR help desk support services- Advanced English Level**Knowledge and Skills**:- String knowledge of processes, systems, and expertise in back-end processes- Strong general HR knowledge- Advanced communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills- Ability to not only manage at an operational level but also think strategically- Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process- Strong customer orientation and ability to influence the employee experience- Good time management skills and team working- Ability to work remotely and under own initiative- Ability to support multiple countries- Good research and troubleshooting skills**#LI-DO1****Job**:Human Resources**Micro Focus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
