.**Job Description Summary**: In this role you will be responsible for supporting GE employees' position management requests (change job, compensation changes, leave of absence), the maintenance of employee data (personal changes) for the company to compliantly employ a workforce and take needed job actions, and to manage a centralized digital/physical storage of required documents which need to be accessible and retained for legal and compliance purposes. Maintain global standards within Lifecycle processes and provide a contemporary and positive user experience. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote "Best in Class" service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Execute HCM requests/transactions to ensure services are delivered in a timely manner, while ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained, based on compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements.- Support HCM process changes/modifications and maintain all related documentation (SOPs, standard work) updated.- Ensure payroll accuracy and key point of contact for incidences registration into local systems.- Maintain data quality between local payroll system and Workday.- Ensure Employee Personnel Files are compliant with local legislation and GE policies, keeping available for audit and any labor authorities' request according with new hires current checklist.- Partner with business HR teams to provide education, value-added consultation, employee communication and other related services.- Proactively identify and drive continuous improvements within assigned processes, work closely with cross functional teams to proposing process improvements to reduce waste, manual work, align to global standards and increase productivity.- Provide best in class customer service to employees and internal customers, by responding to questions or requests related to HCM process or by advising them on the right support channels (OneHR, KAI).- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.- Able to legally work in Mexico.- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.- Experience with HCM (Lifecycle) processes.**Desired Characteristics**- Direct experience using or supporting Workday or HCM tools.- Proven customer service skills - ability to understand and respond to customer needs and communicate in an effective and professional manner.- Excellent organizational skills - ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to meet deadlines
