HR Business Partner
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide HR support to all employees in the Monterrey 2.0 while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders. Responsible for managing life cycle for employees, payroll, master data & metrics, and work in partnership with HR community to assure accurate, timely and compliant operations. Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: - First point of contact for employees and supervisors. - Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. - Oversee implementation of HR processes at the location, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. - Ensure all HR metrics are properly documented and shared to owners: headcount, open positions, diversity, attrition and absenteeism.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor´s degree in adminsitration, human resources or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Treatment, attention and first contact with unionized people.
- Attention to unionized personnel managers (Leaders/Managers).
- Action plans for retention of unionized personnel.
- Experience in Federal Labor Law 47 134 and 135 / Regulations.
- Pleasure in working directly on the production floor.
- Involvement with union.
- Experience in rotation and absenteeism.
- Basic knowledge of payrolls (Revolution / Workday).
- Experience using Microsoft Office / Revolution / Workday.
- Experience with teams of +300 people in terms of support.
- Intermediate English Level.
