.**Job Description Summary**: The HR Operations On/Off Boarding specialist supports the service delivery process for employee onboarding and exit in LATAM countries, and partners with the Onboarding SME to support the implementation of any strategic update. He/she will maintain global standards within the onboarding processes and provide a contemporary and positive user experience. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Promote "Best in Class" service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Support the wing-to-wing onboarding processes in the Region, as well as employee termination- Manage inbound service requests received through Service Cloud (SvC), by assigning them promptly to the correct service provider to be actioned.- Proactively identify areas for improvement within assigned processes; work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions, process simplification & standardization.- Support the onboarding process changes/modifications and maintain all related documentation (SOPs, standard work) updated- Help coordinate and supervise onboarding activities remaining from divested businesses or generated by any M&A related projects- Provide best in class customer service to employees and internal customers, by responding to questions or requests related to the Onboarding process, or by advising them on the right support channels (OneHR, KAI).- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent) with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience**Desired Characteristics**- Direct experience using or supporting Workday or onboarding tools- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish- Proven customer service skills - ability to understand and respond to customer needs and communicate in an effective and professional manner- Excellent organizational skills - ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to meet deadlines- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment across different business models- Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness. Ability to anticipate customer needs- Proactive approach to implementing continuous process improvements- High attention to detail and accuracy- Team playerNote:**To comply with US immigration and other legal requirements, it is necessary to specify the minimum number of years' experience required for any role based within the USA
