This role will focus on maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with required documentation, and supporting HR operations through reporting, audits, and system management viaBambooHR. The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.HR Operations Specialist, Responsibilities:HRIS Management:Maintain and update employee records inBambooHR, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulations.Track required documentation and proactively address gaps or errors in employee records.Manage the list of data discrepancies, identify data gaps, and partner with HR to correct issues.Onboarding and Employee Documentation:Facilitate onboarding processes by sending hiring documents and managing the completion of required forms.Execute core HR processes, including documentation for new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employment status.Reporting and Audits:Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Manage security access for HR systems and ensure adherence to company data security policies.Process Improvement and Support:Support special projects requiring a high level of detail and accuracy.Partner with HR leadership to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (professional degree required).Fluent inEnglish, both written and verbal.2+ years of experience in HR Operations.Hands-on experience transacting inHRIS tools, preferablyBambooHR (Workday experience also considered).Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).Strong oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of labor laws in Mexico and other LATAM countries.Preferred Qualifications:Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong system and data flow knowledge, with adaptability to learn new processes quickly.Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and compliance requirements.Why Join Invitro Capital?Work on cutting-edge AI and B2B technologies: We are at the forefront of AI and B2B innovation.
