No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunitySupport and optimize the configuration and maintenance of the SAP HCM and other HR systems (EC) to effectively manage and support an organization's human resources processes.Work closely with various stakeholders within the HR function, including IT teams, HR functional teams, and HR business partners.As HR Operations Sr Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:Receiving requirements for HR systems based on the organization's HR processes, including setting up personnel data, organizational structures, time management rules, payroll schemas, benefits programs, and other relevant configurations.Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to understand their specific requirements for HR processes.Troubleshoot problems and work with technical teams or IT support to resolve any technical or functional issues.Conduct testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure that the system functions correctly and meets business requirements.Ensure that the system and HR processes comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?English Fluency: Must be able to communicate with global stakeholders to provide service and collaborate with multi-cultural teams.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to collect, organize, and analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for administrative tasks, such as SAP HCM.Problem-Solving Abilities: The capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical solutions.Collaboration and Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, departments, and external partners.Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements
