Could you be the full-time HR Ops Team Lead in Queretaro we're looking for?

**Your future role**

You'll lead the activities of the HR Operation focusing in our **Mexico's operation**. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business like local HR and much more.

You'll specifically take care of**:
- Ensure that the HR Administration services are running in a systematic and efficient manner. This includes but not limited to Data Management (new hire data entry, job & pay Changes, organization change, personal details, leaver process, payroll request); Employee Service Center (first time response, general employee queries, certificates and references, HR systems help); Pension & Benefits administration (vendors management, employees onboarding & offboarding support, pension contribution and loans in ALPS, reports, employee payments, medical benefits); Pre-onboarding for new joiners (documentation collection, welcome package, medical & background check, vendor management, referral program); Contract Management (offer letter creation, data entry for contract changes); Digital Archiving System.- Ensure that the deliverables are met by the team members in line with the agreed SLA and Quality, such as monitoring the efficiency and productivity of the same.- Suggest and implement innovative ideas and interventions (for e.g. Help desks, Communication campaigns etc.) to improve the efficiency of HRO Admin function.- Digitalize the HRO Admin function as much as possible, to simplify processes and increase Employee Satisfaction.- Strengthen HRO Admin processes to ensure there are no gaps/loop-holes, document the same and provide training / cascade to all HR team. Implement the REX from past incidents to build robust the processes with clear process flow and accountability/responsibility mapping (RACI).- HRO Admin Audits - represent HRO Admin team in all audits (ICQ, ISO, OHSAS, Social, E&C etc.) and provide required data and ensure compliance to audit requirements.- Collaborate with Performance & Efficiency team on HR Ops Continuous improvement roadmap implementation.- Collaborate with Process & Tools experts in creation and maintenance of documentation, such as templates and work instructions.

- Bachelors degree in any relevant field.- At least 5 years of experience in HR within a shared service model, desirable.- Fluent in English is a must.- Experience working with platforms such as Service Now, SuccessFactors, SAP.- Knowledge of federal regulations impacting HR Ops, desirable.- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement and process standarization.
