Currently we are looking for our next: HR Ops Assoc Analyst

**Which is the main objective of this role?
**
- Analyst in the implementation of the Termination Model in Latam.
Qualifications:
**What will you be doing?
**
- Administration and management of employee dismissal process
- Validate the calculations of personnel severance payments, including the perceptions and extra deductions as well as the liquidation of benefits based on the guidelines of law and policies.
- Validate Accounting Policies
- Control of files of former employees
- Prepare Payment Requests
- Carry out mandatory Labor Certificates by Local Governments
- Generate indicators

**Who are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related career
- Experience in personnel administration or payroll
- Knowledge of tax and labor laws
- Knowledge in Advanced Excel
- Experience in Payroll and Settlement Calculations
- Calculating taxes
- Communication
- High analysis capacity
- Teamwork
- Pressure Management
- Organization
