At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.- Now we are looking for this position:**HR Ops Assoc Analyst****Main Purpose**Actually the position (L04) main responsibility is only to execute the Smart Spending Budget, with the upgrade the occupant of this position (L06) has the main responsibility besides that it complies with the Latam Services Model, aiming to meet the needs of the business and our internal customers.This employee should also be responsible for managing the People Cost area's performance like the quality of services and continuous improvement of the process in people cost area in Brazil.**Responsibilities****Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Calculation of Brazil Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Smart Spending.- Calculation of Brazil Smart Spending Forecast and Last Estimated.- Help to provide follow-up of productivity projects.- Ensure right placement of the budget.- Headcount follow up.- Budget control.**Qualifications****Qualifications / Requirement**- Bachelor's Degree Finance or Business Administration or related with applicable work experience.- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), English (Advanced).- Experience of 2-4 years.- Advanced level of Excel.- Knowledge in data interpretation and statistical analysis of market data.- Ability to do market analysis, you do not need proven experience in this, but you know how to interpret data.- Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.- Collaboration with multiculture teams and vendors.- Desirable experience in Share Services Model
