**The main purpose of the role is to support Change and Position management transformation due to Payroll Project across LATAM, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the Organization.
**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?
**- Daily headcount validation for all current PBT countries (HDN, SV, GTM, ARG, DOM)- Audit data control previous to payroll dispersion- Change management process for manual changes in Argentina model- Test envolvement for Argentina payroll interface connection with ECQualifications:**Who are we looking for?
