**Responsibilities**:
**HR Ops Manager**
**Main purpose**
The main purpose of this role is to enable the ICM Global HR Ops' transformation agenda to drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth in the Sales business space. Delivering business value through transformation, standardization, simplification, and digitalization projects.
The Global ICM HR Operations Associate Manager serves as the support for the ICM project management office, where flawless project execution is expected. Provides structure and appropriate methodology, thought partnership, and resource alignment, as well as the environment to experiment and learn. Contributes to a wide range of transformation initiatives by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.
**Your Impact**
As the HR Ops Manager your scope will consist of:
- Provide global leadership in the implementation of ICM software solution in a phased manner to develop a business case for harmonized incentive compensation designs in the future.
- Manage end-to-end implementation which comprises facilitating kick-off meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring proper follow-up, data collection, adherence to deadlines, alignment of cross-functional team members, and managing project plan with mínimal manager supervision.
- Lead the central project management office for GHROps-driven initiatives across a wide range of (cross) functional areas.
- Analyze and track various incentive compensation designs across the globe and monitor trends, effectiveness by working with local Total Rewards, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Act as a liaison between Sector and Total Rewards COE, local IT, sales, sales finance, other key stakeholders and external vendors to track progress on a weekly basis and provide value-added suggestions to manage all deliverables.
- Capture all Change Requests and drive requirements pertaining to the ICM tool. This will be accomplished via debrief meetings and tracking issues throughout the cycle.
- Reply to user requests/issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate to appropriate teams where necessary.
- Manage preparation and delivery of end user training materials for effective use of ICM software solution.
- Act as a liaison between beqom and PepsiCo to ensure that the tools are used to their potential and remain current. Ensure global scorecards are maintained and open issues are tracked accordingly.
- Track and manage 5 elements to secure project / program success (in alignment with ETO playbooks and toolkits): on time, on budget, value realization, appropriate risk and resource management, effective change management. Provide recommendations for effective decision making.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources
- 3-5+ years of experience in configuration management.
- 5+ years' experience in HR service delivery/Shared Services organizations.
- 2+ years' experience in Project Management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
- Vendor Manager Skills (Third party Direct Reports).
- Experience in continuous improvement tools and methods, in Agile, DMAIC, business process mapping, and project management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to interface across functional teams.
- Global large-scale systems implementation and project management experience.
