At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**HR Ops Payroll Analyst (Temporary)****Main Purpose**The main purpose of this position is to make entries in the employee's payroll. Payroll analysis, payments, discounts, advance payment scheduling, monthly closing analysis, variable sales compensation analysis and consolidation of commission payments for assets and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, global policies, generating value-added services and processes for the Organization, as well as tickets' follow-up processes.**Accountabilities**- Make payments and discounts inputs in HR systems (ADP)- Sheet process analysis and validation- Payment entry in HR systems- Ticket Enlace follow-up and resolution- SOX control- Generate the monthly validation documents- Create file for massive input upload- Validate RVV files for on and offQualifications:**Education/Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration, Human Resources, Contability or related fields
