Payroll analysis, payments, discounts, advance payment scheduling, monthly closing analysis, variable sales compensation analysis and consolidation of commission payments for assets and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, global policies, generating value-added services and processes for the Organization.
Your Impact As HR ops Payroll Jr. Analyst - Portuguese speaker your functions would consist of:
Make payments and discounts inputs in HR systems (ADP)Email tracking and answering questions for Local HR Points, and other HR functions: data classification.Sheet process analysis and validationPayment entry in HR systemsGenerate the monthly validation documentsCreate file for massive input uploadValidate RVV files for on and offResponsible for payroll processing, ensuring correct payment in accordance with company policies and current legislationValidation and payment of INSS, IR and FGTS taxes; DIRF;Payment of salaries and taxes;Support projects involving payrollDevelop procedures, flows and indicators of payroll processWork on improving simplification and automation of payroll processes.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
