**The HR OPS Sr Supervisor is responsible of working closely with HR LATAM & MBS to deliver solutions, enhancements, and new projects across the LATAM Region.
Also being a role that promotes the Digital Employee Experience in our operations with focus in Frontline associates.
**What will you be doing?
**- Ensure self-service & Digital Employee Experience adoption in LATAM- Ensure right execution of projects base in project management capabilities- Ensure engagement from appropriate resources to define business needs/requires- Co - Lead sector/local Kronos Analytics project to close and definitions and deliverables accomplishments- Provide feedback to global team on desired solution enhancements / release functionality- Support through a consultant role to the different countries to tackle any necessity or area of opportunity regarding Kronos-Analytics & become Schain.
