Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:- Support activities to brand Bosch as Employer of Choice in coordination with corporate strategy, participates in events and creates network to ensure right talent is attracted to Bosch.- Leads different initiatives to accomplish certifications such as: Top Employer and ESR.- Supports HRBPs to advice business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.- Acts as an employee champion to ensure workforce commitment.
