Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.Work #LikeA**Bosch****Job Description**:Key elements:- Advises and supports with support of HRBP the executives and associates in the allocated area of responsibility in strategic and operative HR matters if these functions are not carried out by the HR Service; he/she acts as a strategic partner for the leadership- Facilitates the division/site strategy in area of responsibility providing human resource strategy development, deployment of key processes and consulting support to optimize human capital and impact the business by implementing appropriate HR measures- Associate/Leadership development programs- Governs, supports and drives Associates development activities as assessments, transition workshops, coaching, career development, talent management- With supports of HRBP advices business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development- Acts as an employee champion to ensure workforce commitment- Identifies training needs according to client strategy- Organizational development incl.
