Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:Responsible for attracting, recruiting and integrating the adequate talents to the Bosch Juarez Plant organization.- Administrate and run recruitment, selection and hiring processes for all salary positions of the plant.- Administrate the internal and external posting process in Bosch Juarez in accordance to the corporate and local policies.- Execute and coordinate internal transfer process of associates within the plant and between other Bosch locations (e.G. promotion of hourly associates to salary positions).- Maintain tracking of indicators under his/her responsibility and implement in both preventive and corrective action plans and projects for continuous improvement.- Support Personnel Marketing strategy and participate in activities to position Bosch as employer of choice.- Support and lead Human Resources initiatives (e.G. coordination of employee events).- Participate and support quality, safety and environmental policies and company goals.- Lead, design and/or implement strategies and programs to improve processes within the HR area to support organization's strategics initiatives.**Qualifications**:- **_ Education:_** **Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar.- **_ Working experience:_** **3 years of experience in a similar position, preferred experienced in a manufacturing environment.- **_ Languages:_** **Bilingual (**English** - Spanish)- **_ Technical skills: _**- Recruitment platforms- Excel- Power BI- Digitalization skills- **_ Required skills: _**- Results orientation- Organization- Customer service- Communication- Cooperation- Flexibility- Self-directed- AdaptabilityAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
