.As per client request, this position is open only for Nuevo Leon, Mexico, **cannot be remote** due to his hybrid work from home scheme (2 days at home / 3 at the office).The **HR Planning Analyst** will oversee monitoring monthly expenses compared to budget and forecast by concept.
Likewise, generate and keep track of the monthly provisions that are needed, captured in the system.
Keep track of internal movements, promotions, leveling, monthly withholdings with observations and comments.
Generate and send monthly audits of information on the PS, Payroll and HCM platforms.
**Areas with direct interaction**:- Finance**Responsibilities**:- Follow up on the monthly expenses considering all the concepts and accounts within salaries and benefits, in case of variations, an explanation and justification will be provided.- Generation, monitoring and control of provisions of concepts within S&B, this control and monitoring is carried out within the ICO system and together with the areas, a management of the necessary provisions is carried out to maintain the monthly expense, always attached to the budget.- Tracking of internal movements, on a monthly basis, timely monitoring of movements at the employee level generated by new hires, terminations and replacements is carried out, as well as movements outside of the budget that generate an additional impact (levellings, retentions, increases outside the budget).

You must use a corporate survey in order to have the justification to be able to do any leveling.- Planning, execution and development of the process of Bonuses and Salary Increases of the company- Analyze current compensation policies and salary rates to develop competitive compensation plan- Preparation of comparative studies of remunerations- Preparation of a salary and benefits survey in conjunction with firms specialized in Human Resources**Technical knowledge**- Degree in Actuary, Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Physical/Mathematical Engineering, Degree in Finance*- Master's degree in Administration, Finance or related.
(Optional)- Languages: English (conversational) *- Knowledge of research, analysis and problem solving.
*- Advanced management of Microsoft Office.
(Excel, Power Point and Power BI) *- 3 years of experience**Experience**- 3 years of experience in the Finance area in expense control and planning and/or Human Resources specifically in Compensations or Planning.- Minimum 2-year experience in creating and monitoring budgets.- Ability to prioritize handling multiple tasks.- Ability to analyze and solve problems
