They will work closely with the LATAM HR Business Partner, Plant Manager and local HR team, in defining short-term and long-term organizational needs and in the áreas of:Employee engagement and inclusion, change management, organizationaldesign and job leveling, and compensation.The HR Plant Lead will report directly to the HRBP Mexico and have indirect management responsibilir the onsite HRG who they will coach, develop, and mentor.
