We are lookir an HR Plant Lead who will play a key role as a member of the leadership team providing strategic input, HR, daily leadership, creative consultation, and leadership coaching/counselir our plant in Monterrey, Mexico. They will work closely with the LATAM HR Business Partner, Plant Manager and local HR team, in defining short-term and long-term organizational needs and in theáreas of:
Employee engagement and inclusion, change management, organizationaldesign and job leveling, and compensation.The HR Plant Lead will report directly to the HRBP Mexico and have indirect management responsibilir the onsite HRG who they will coach, develop, and mentor. In addition, this role will partner with our HR Services and HR CoEs to deliver tll value of HR to the business.Specifically, someone who is/demonstrates:

Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work Importante empresa.Preferred Qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum 4-5 years of Human Resources Importante empresa as HR Generalist in a manufacturing or operations environment.5-8 years Importante empresa in the áreas of compensation, performance management, employee development, organizational development, consultation, and coaching, change management, and employee relations.Legal (Labor Law) or HR Certification.
