Your Impact As HR PMO Specialist your responsibilities would consist of:
Ensures the necessary personnel for the operation of the production lines. Coordinate personnel controls, including the integrity of the files, rotation rates, retention, food safety, security, mobility, and other applicable. Control and administration of compensations derived from the Collective Contract. Attention, monitoring, and solution of internal and external labor problems. Develop and implement the training plan and save the records. Develop strategies to eliminate areas of opportunity regarding absenteeism and turnover. Participate in the food safety self-inspections of your area periodically, as well as in the periodic audits of AIB. Collaborate in the definition of quality objectives and food safety, according to the requirements of customers and consumers. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in English (minimum 80%). Strong project management skills, including expertise in project methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving goals. Effective time management and organizational skills. Willingness to work in Ixtaczoquitlán, Veracruz .
