POSITION OBJECTIVEThe HR Process Improvement Analyst will support the Process Operation team in developing and maintaining the documentation of processes, policies, and procedures for the Human Resources area with a local and global impact, ensuring standardization, regulatory compliance, clear and concise documentation. Identify, propose, and follow up on continuous improvement projects to promote process optimization.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDocumentation management: Creation, modification, and obsolescence of documentation.Use of digital tools to create, maintain, and distribute documentation.Ensure documents are clear, accurate, and easily accessible to stakeholders.Support in the improvement and documentation of processes and procedures based on several regulations and according to project needs.Audit current HR processes and procedures to maintain documentation up to date and identify improvement projects.Support in the design and harmonization of HR processes and procedures globally.Assist in the follow-up of various projects and actions that the area supports.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSLean Six Sigma knowledge (i.E., Flow chart, Pareto diagram).Desired Core Tools (AMEF).Documentation management (Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Formats, Policies, and SIPOC).File Structuring Competence.Risk management (identification and escalation).Desired diagramming tools (preferably Visio) and project management tools (preferably Jira).Google and Microsoft management.Assertive communication and time management.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Management or Engineering.EXPERIENCEMin. 1-3 years of experience in Documentation Management (ISO) / Continuous Improvement Role.LANGUAGEFluent in Spanish (written and verbal).English (written and verbal, Min: 80%).Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
