We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced HR Administrative to our team based out of our Queretaro office.
Responsibilities:Manage shops and vendors activities related to HR, such as ordering office supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and handling vendor contracts.Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and databases.Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.Support employee relations initiatives and events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages).Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.Assist colleagues whenever necessary.Conduct workplace investigations regarding grievances, employee complaints, and incidents/accidents.Minimum Requirements:Human Resources Degree or equivalent.Proven work experience in a similar HR role (3+ years experience).Experience managing facility needs, suppliers, and vendors.Self-starter, highly organized, ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, and goal-oriented.Ability to handle situations professionally with sensitivity, confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact.Excellent communication and people management skills; must be a team player.Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.Benefits:International training.Competitive salary.Life insurance.Healthcare benefit package.Career growth.Savings fund.Food coupons.In Charger Logistics, we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee.
