**Work Schedule**Standard (Mon-Fri)**Environmental Conditions**Office**Responsibilities**:- Evaluate HR data and establish critical metrics to evaluate and be responsible for HR performance in areas including talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead HR projects, ensuring timely completion and consistency to project goals and objectives.- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and standard processes in HR analytics and digital HR tools.- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR reports and Power BI dashboards using digital tools and software.- Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in HR analytics, digital tools, and technology to find opportunities for process improvement and automation.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar role. You should also have a consistent track record of leading HR projects and using digital tools.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, prioritize, analyze, and interpret HR data.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, lead timelines, and deliver results.- Solid attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and compliance.- Experience with HR information systems and digital tools.- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated HR data to partners.- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.- Collaboration and partnership skills.- Portuguese would be an advantage.- English advanced level.
