Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an _HR project manager_ _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the Director, HR Global Business Services, HR Project Manager role involves_ _being_ _in charge of planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Coordinates projects of various degrees of complexity from design and development to production_
- _ Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning_
- _ Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments_
- _ Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones_
- _ Efficiently identifies and solves project issues_
- _ Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery_
- _ Conduct presentations of technical information_
- _ Support the implementation of Workforce Planning initiatives in Flex WW_
- _ Support the deployment of WD Position Management in Flex_
- _ Support the deployment of WD Adaptive Planning in Flex_
- _ Support cost savings strategies across the organization_
- _ Work closely with IT on HR initiatives from design to implementation_
- _ Work closely with Operations and Finance on identifying areas of opportunity for improved HR processes_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/_BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills_
- _ Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills_
- _ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents_
- _ Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics_
- _ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions_
- _ Good oral and written English_
- _ Flexibility to support projects in Europa and Asia_
- _ Excellent Excel skills_
- _ Experience in supporting HR Operations_
- _ Experience in multiple HR processes Workday_
- _ Experience handling complex projects with multiple functional areas such as HR, Operations and Finance_
