DME is dedicated to supporting the Healthcare industry; Our clients consist of biotech companies, medical device manufacturers, and medical supply distributors**Human Resources Project Manager Specialist Job Description**:The HR Project Manager is responsible for the project management and delivery of the HR work streams resulting from the HR review that has been conducted recently. They will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practices across the organization, as well as setting new processes for managing consultants involved in commercial contracting. The post holder will work closely with the Head of HR, HR Business Partner, and Regional HR Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR processes.**Human Resources Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities**:- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.- Ensure consistency in HR practices across all hubs especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, completion and termination of contracts, and bring them in line with our values and fairness principles.- Develop a recruitment process appropriate for the engagement of consultants involved in commercial contracting.- Develop and support the regional HR team.- Establish an effective safeguarding awareness program throughout the organization.- Creating budget forecasts and cost-per-hire analytics.- Devise a process to facilitate a Secondment arrangement for matrix-managed positions during emergencies.- Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Head of HR and the Regional HR Managers.- Report on project progress and status
