**Position**:HR Project SpecialistThe Regional Talent Development team is seeking to hire a HR Project Specialist who will work closely with the Talent Program Manager to organize Arrow's Global Leadership Development, Performance and Inclusion/Diversity programs for the region. This role will also support region and business unit specific talent development/talent pipelining programs including the Summer Intern Program. This role involves event planning, supporting the onboarding of program participants and ensuring that the day of activities go smoothly.Success in this role requires you to be a proactive learner, have strong communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented.Principal Responsibilities- Provides event planning support including securing a venue, coordinating catering, and ordering materials- Supports program participants with onboarding activities such as registration, pre-work, assessments, logistics questions, etc.- Manages and oversees events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, and communicating with internal and external partners- Works with manager and vendors to develop and maintain all program collateral- Runs reports related to program metrics such as eligibility, participation, and feedback- Responds to inquiries about various regional HR events on the broader employee capability teamProfessional Skills:- Proven project management skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Growth mindset: Always learning, demonstrates curiosity, and seeks to grow in role- Highly organized and detail and deadline driven, ability to work on Programs with competing deadlines- Strong problem-solving skills: Takes a broad perspective to problems, spots new, less obvious solutions- HR experience in learning and development would be a plus- HR platform experience such as Workday and Learning Management Systems a plus- Fluency in EnglishExperience / Education4-year degree and 1-year work experience in at least one of the following areas: human resource, project/program management, event planning, business operations (or at least has demonstrated these capabilities in prior experiences) or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:$23,508.33 - $26,125.00 MXN Monthly**Location**:MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque, Mexico (HPE Guad office)**Time Type**:Full time**Job Category**:Human Resources and Sustainability
