**Job Purpose**
Supporting the manufacturing facility in Atlacomulco, MX, this individual will develop local recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative recruiting ideas. Additionally, this individual will lead the onboarding process for the facility, by developing the plan, customizing for individuals, and ensuring it's followed so that the new employee has a valuable onboarding experience.
**Summary**
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing and referring applicants for (clerical, technical, administrative and supervisor) positions throughout the company. Fulfilling the tactical objectives of a business through hiring. This position will help to deliver the best talent to the organization, building relationships with the leaders and hiring to identify talent that meets our business requirements. Following the talent lifecycle, this individual will also be responsible for onboarding employees and ensuring these new employees are actively engaged through frequent check-ins.
**Essential duties and responsibilities**
Include the following:
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
- Assists in compensation negotiations, and prepares all job offers.
- Able to easily navigate Recruitment Technology such as iCIMS ATS and other tools
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Complete all projects and tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow the company's safety, sexual harassment, discrimination and general employee policies.
- Develop onboarding plans.
- Liaise with company management to ensure onboarding plans are followed.
- Follow up with new hires at 30, 60, 90 days to ensure engagement.
- Support site HR Manager with other activities.
- Proficiency in English language skills, both verbal and written to allow communication with global leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business
- Minimum of 2-5 years of recruitment experience
- Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good time management and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task while under pressure and complete tasks
