**Qualifications**- Prior experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably in the technology industry- Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and employment laws- Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Attention to detail and ability to multitask- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- HR certification (e.G., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Have you made direct-hire placements in the USA?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- US Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: Remote
