As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a skilled HR Recruiting Analyst to join our team and help streamline our HR processes.The RoleAs an HR Recruiting Analyst, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing the recruitment processes to attract top talent and meet the organization's hiring needs.
Your main objective will be to ensure an efficient, seamless, and high-quality candidate experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, HRBPs, and others, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that enhance the recruitment pipeline and support organizational growth.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to the final selection of candidates.Analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of talent acquired.Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative strategies to optimize recruitment.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates across various platforms and channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
).Maintain and build relationships with educational institutions, associations, and other key talent sources.Develop and maintain an updated database of potential candidates (talent pipeline).Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, assessments, and psychometric tests to ensure alignment with job requirements.Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, providing clear recommendations based on evaluations.Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure information is consistently updated.Generate regular reports on the status of vacancies and the performance of recruitment strategies.Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.Collaborate with internal departments to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Knowledge of recruitment platforms and professional social networks (LinkedIn, OCC, etc.
