Some 243,000 sq ft of manufacturing space is dedicated to painting wheels and building cylinder blocks and torque tubes for North American commercial applications. They are exported to our Danville facility in Kentucky, USA, for final assembly and distribution.The facility is located in the Parque Aeroespacial, 1 km from Querétaro's International Airport and 14km from the major export trade routes.In 2019, we celebrated our 10-year anniversary.Originally part of the Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems, this facility was included in the Airframe Systems division under the 2019 new organisation structure.Position SummaryThe HR Payroll Representative plays a crucial role in managing and processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role involves a variety of functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position serves as a liaison between employees and the HR department, addressing payroll-related inquiries and maintaining payroll records.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Recruitment and Staffing:Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.Post job openings on various platforms and manage the application process.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Employee Onboarding:Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.Provide new hires with information about company policies, benefits, and culture.Payroll Processing:Prepare and process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees.Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime.Review and verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports.Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.Employee Support:Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings.Provide guidance on payroll policies and procedures.Assist employees with payroll-related issues, such as direct deposit setup and W-2 inquiries.System Management:Utilize payroll software and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to maintain payroll data.Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and integrity.Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.G., Peoplesoft, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SIPARE, FONACOT)
