This role is for an HR Professional with 2 - 4 years of experience in a multinational company.**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as an **HR** **Representative II **will involve:**Responsibilities**:- Provide HR Generalist support to a group of Managers, including employee relations advice, onboarding new hires, talent management and development, follow policies and procedures, compensation advice, performance metrics, change management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.- Providing support to managers or employees in matters relating to HR & payroll policies and practices.- Respond to employee's relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.- Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures. Identifies opportunities for process improvement by evaluating current practices, looking for ways to improve productivity, and reducing cost.- Participate in various HR performance management processes including performance reviews, annual goal setting, and compensation reviews.- Responsible for managing documentation of new hires and HR database.- Communicate and support HR processes, including performance appraisals, participate on corporate-sponsored projects including training and development, compensations, organizational structure, standardization teams, recruiting teams, and employee engagement.**To be successful in this role, you must have the following**:- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a 4-year college degree.- Understanding of Mexican employment law, State and Federal regulations, HR principles and compliance- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish- Knowledge of HR functional disciplines such as employee relations and investigations, staffing, compensation /benefits, organization development, training, performance management, corrective actions, etc
