Develops processes and procedures to ensure compliance with, and accurate administration of, approved compensation plans. Understands sales compensation best practices and provides training and support for sales compensation analysts on the development, implementation, and communication of the compensation/incentive plans to ensure accuracy of calculations and payments.What You'll Be Doing:Managing a team of sales compensation analysts. Providing expertise, answering complex questions and working with the analysts when needed to investigate and respond to complex situations.Supporting communication and rollout of designed plans annually for assigned client groups. Managing special projects that impact all business units regionally.Verifying and reviewing compensation payment amounts for accuracy and completeness. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments as outlined in the program documents. Submitting completed payments to payroll for processing.Responding to escalated pay questions or concerns and partnering with senior level business leaders to resolve.In partnership with Global Director, Sales Compensation, defining team operating standards and ensuring essential procedures are followed.Responsible for onboarding, training and providing performance feedback for sales compensation administration team members.Maintaining and auditing information needed to track performance plan.Reporting on sales compensation plan performance working with the reporting team.Performing activities needed for the implementation and communication of sales compensation/incentive programs and policies including partnering with business leaders on communication process.Being involved in other projects or initiatives.Taking ownership of SOX and Audit requirements.Providing Ad-Hoc reporting.Processing and helping buildout process to drive consistency.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Accounting, or Finance or a related field.Minimum of 8 years related experience; other experience may include prior experience in Payroll, AP, AR or other areas in Accounting or Finance.Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel required, proficiency in Microsoft's other applications; Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience working in Oracle systems including ERPs, Sales Cloud, or other variable compensation platform (Xactly, Anaplan).Process oriented – able to establish standard procedures and manage to standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills – comfortable presenting to members of senior leadership team
