Works independently and in cross-functional groups. Will be responsible for and also accountable for supporting projects across HR Digital.**Typical Accountability**- Helps to identify, analyse, and improve existing business processes- Support team with timely data provision and reports- Delivers, monitors and provides success metrics for ServiceNow campaigns- Hosts campaign review meetings for stakeholders- Tracks agreed process improvement opportunities on behalf of customers- Assists with testing global processes- Builds and maintains ServiceNow dashboards- Provides digital training (as necessary) for employees and process owners that administer HR processes- Works with colleagues in other Enabling Functions to facilitate the integration of cross-functional processes and consistent adoption of tools- Prepares power point presentations and assists with storytelling through data analysis- Supports HR Services leadership in collation of regular HR performance reporting, working with Reporting team and other stakeholders, to ensure timely production of reports- Collects and analyses process performance data from multiple sources, including customers, to inform process improvement priorities- Provides Project support to HR Digital and broader teams- Completes Knowledge administration activities and supports Knowledge Manager**Essential**- Data analytics- Building reports- Process mapping expertise- Customer oriented with a service mind-set- Highly organised- Experience of project administration
