Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityHR Services AdministratorAs a HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the process owner of mandatory documentation and other HR administrative processes.
You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations by overseeing the documentation process for the Americas region and managing the transition of I9 forms.
Your expertise in HR services and attention to detail will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely facilitation to employees and managers.In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee documentation, maintaining compliance with legal requirements, and assisting the smooth transition of I9 forms.
You will also serve as the point of contact for the project, liaising with Global Operations and HR to ensure effective coordination and communication.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the process owner of mandatory documentation, including employee files and records.Oversee the transition of I9 forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.Serve as the point of contact for the project, liaising with Global Operations and HR.Work with HR business partners and managers to address documentation needs and provide facilitation.Maintain self-assured and data privacy in handling employee information.Continuously improve processes and systems related to documentation and I9 transition.YOU MUST HAVE1+ year of experience in HR services or a related fieldAdvanced English levelStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsAttention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentationExcellent communication and people-oriented skillsExperience with Microsoft suiteWE VALUEBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldKnowledge in SalesforceExperience in managing employee documentation and HR formsKnowledge of local labor laws and regulationsAbility to handle attuned and self-assured informationStrong organizational and time management skillsAdditional InformationJOB ID: HRD252556Category: Human ResourcesRelocation Tier: Not ApplicableSecurity Clearance:Aviation Authority (FAA for US):Band: 02Referral Bonus: 0Requisition Type: Standard RequisitionUS Citizenship:FLSA Statement:FLSA CODE:#J-18808-Ljbffr
