Hr Services And People Operations Specialist

In your new role you will: Support US and Mexico employees in various HR transactional processes.
Respond to inquiries via Phone Calls handling, MyHR (ticketsystem) support, mailbox management support and provide support through HR Kiosks for our manufacting sites.
Escalate issues in accordance with internal guidelines when necessary.
Processes various paper and electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree.
1-3 years of experience in similar roles Proficient in oral and written English language skills.
Ability to execute transactional work following guidelines.
Experience working with global teams or environments is a plus.
Strong customer service and listening skills.
