Support a broad range of HR Services including Government regulations, Severance, Compensation and other Human Resources Administrative Processes. You will provide Human Resource Services delivering positive results to the Human Resources function, Employees and Managers. You'll be asked to achieve Quality, Delivery and Customer Experience Targets while providing guidance and support to resolve employee's questions or redirecting employees to proper delivery channels.

- Data Gathering for Executive Presentations
- Support Data privacy and setup business controls for Offboarding and Compensation process
- Advise stakeholders, for project impact and admin lifts for Offboarding and Compensation processes
- Data Privacy for the Organization
- Advise stakeholders
- Deliver solutions
- Manage data and analyze data
- Provide administrative support
- Standardize Global processes
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate Excel
- Human Resources experience
- Organizational and Project Management skills
