This role will be responsible for handling a variety of HR-related administrative and transactional tasks, such as benefits and compensation administration, document preparation, and HR data processing. You will act as a key point of contact between employees and HR, ensuring that HR services are delivered efficiently and effectively, addressing employee inquiries, data management, and HR service delivery while also contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees across the organization, providing timely and accurate responses and escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate HR teams.Maintain and update employee records in Workday, processing changes related to promotions, transfers, terminations, job and personal data changes and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
