The main hub is located in Panama City (Panama) but we are looking for a team member from Mexico or Costa Rica.What you'll achieveAs a HR Shared Services Senior Analyst, you will be responsible to support the establishes, ongoing policies, and procedures related to the administration of our Human Recourses Information Systems. You may independently lead dedicated global/regional Projects and act as knowledge source for our stakeholders.You will:- Streamlines and simplifies end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.- Partner with HR & other business functions and act as main point of contact for escalations.- Analyze and evaluate data and reports, present findings and solutions to leadership and stakeholders.- Be the point of contact for our business stakeholders as well as for junior team members.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
