BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as HR Specialist, Benefits & Compentations at our SLP PDS Plant in Mexico.
In this role, and under direct supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Specialist, Benefits & Compensations will be responsible to Comply with the compensation and benefits plan for all staff, applies knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in the functional area of payroll, Assists in the implementation of payroll policies and procedures, as well as their dissemination, Person dedicated to high quality customer service, able to encourage teamwork and create a professional work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- To ensure the closing of the pre-payroll.- Provide attention to the internal user in terms of doubts or clarifications of the payroll.- Control of bank cards and pantry vouchers for payment to staff.- Administer Insurances: Medical, life, funeral, and car expenses; Provide attention to staff regarding these items.- Manage the SODEXO platform for gift cards in vouchers and gas card management.
Administration of sports clubs.- Movement management in Workday and payroll (Revolution).- Ensure that both systems are 100% up to date.- Keep track of expenses of the department and deliver the reports required by the finance area.- Keep track of the Headcount and the monthly payroll forecast and deliver the required information to the finance area.- Provide the necessary information in internal and / or external audits.- Ensure legal compliance with compensation and benefits.- Governance procedures related to your area (if applicable)

QUALIFICATIONS- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Relations, or related career.- Time of experience in similar position: 3 years- Technical knowledge required: Federal Labor Law, Compensation and Benefits Management- Other requirements: Microsoft Office, SAP, Revolution, Workday (Desirable).
This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner SLP Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires.
This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses.
He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and co-workers.
In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
