**Job Description Summary**: HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities including payroll and Employee & Union Relations.
Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group.
The role is key to execute people initiatives, customer support, functional excellence, and process improvement.
**Roles and Responsibilities**- A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.- Broadening knowledge of practices and procedures in HR discipline.- Ensure HRIS data integrity/accuracy.- Daily Maintenance of HRIS ; new employees onboarding, benefit enrollment, updating employee information.- Assist talent acquisition team as necessary- Liaison with Payroll team- Employee engagement programs design & execution- Support Organization & Talent Development Initiatives- Employee & Union Relations support- Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.
Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.- Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.- A job at this level requires solid interpersonal skills.
**Required Qualifications**- This role requires 3 to 5 years experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
**Desired Characteristics**- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute HR programs/initiatives.- English proficiency- Note:**To comply with US immigration and other legal requirements, it is necessary to specify the minimum number of years' experience required for any role based within the USA.
** **For roles outside of the USA, to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, the JDs should focus on the substantive level of experience required for the role and a minimum number of years should NOT be used.
