Assists the Vice President of Human Resources, Is responsible for the coordination of one or more of the following areas of the Human Resources department.**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or related field.**EXPERIENCE**:- 2 years of professional experience in the Human Resources area.- Handling of the Tress System in the Human Resources module (capture and consultation module).- Administration and control of personnel files.**KNOWLEDGE**:- Payroll process basics.- IMSS (additions, cancellations and salary modifications).- Federal Labor Law.- Recruitment process.- Training (Annual training program and detection of training needs)- Success Factor (desirable).**ENGLISH**:- Advanced level.**SKILLS**:- Accountability.- Teamwork.- Service attitude.**COMPETENCIES**:- Job Knowledge- Effective Communicator- Problem analysis and problem solving skills- Results Driven
