We are searching for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

Perform human resources-related duties at a professional level and may carry out responsibilities in Training functions and employee recognition programs.

Essential Functions: Partner with employees and management to coordinate personnel services such as food and transportation. Day-to-day contact with employees regarding benefit-related questions and issues. Organize and participate in Human Resources programs to improve the internal cultural environment. Participate in a new-hire orientation program. Budget and HR KPI management. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in manufacturing environments. Demonstrate knowledge of Federal and State employment labor laws. Management of Office Package. Management of the Tress System. Knowledge of internal audit processes. Presentation skills. Knowledge in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, Excel spreadsheets, and database programs. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage information with utmost integrity. Must be fluent in verbal and written communication skills.
