**Summary**
**Activities & Responsibilities**:
- Provide training & development to Recruitment Specialists.
- Act as escalation point for Recruitment Specialists, when applicable.
- Participates in establishing new processes to support Recruitment Specialist role.
- Ensures interview guides are provided to interviewers.
- Ensures interview schedules are established and provided to applicants and interviewee's
- Ensures feedback forms are sent and results are compiled.
- Send pre-employment paper and transition completed paperwork to the designated HR Representative
- Update applicant database as needed
- Draft offer letters, having Recruiter sign off and approval prior to sending
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Knowledge & Soft skills requirements**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and attention to detail.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar software tool strongly preferred.
- Communicates in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
**Education & Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related.
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a recruitment environment.
**Salary**: $3,001.00 - $3,002.00 per month
