This role will report to the HRBP in the Americas region and provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed.Duties/ResponsibilitiesImplements new hire orientation and conducts exit interviews.Creates employment agreements and works with 3rd party vendors to onboard new hires.Processes internal movement changes.Handles employment-related inquiries from employees and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HRBP.Supports employee relations and works with employees to resolve any conflict or grievances.Manages employee leaves.Supports and participates in staff meetings and employee engagement activities.Assists with HR team projects and initiatives.Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of local employment-related laws and regulations (preference for someone with knowledge of the AMER region).Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
