Coordinate, supervise and lead the proper execution of employee payment activities, perform time management, and manage food vouchers, savings fund, social security and other activities related to personnel payroll and its cost.Ensure the correct administration of time to guarantee the correct payment of payroll.Ensure the correct payment of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, in time and form, as well as the administration and control of personnel discounts.Manage the opening of bank accounts for new employees.Ensure the timely payment in due time and form of the tax on personnel expenses.Manage the savings fund and pension plan system for the control of personnel contributions.Coordinate the activities of the assigned intern.Provide courses to new personnel.Provide training to time managers for the correct administration of personnel time.Scholarship, Experience, Knowledge and AttitudesBachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.Languages: Advanced English.Advanced Excel skills.Advanced knowledge of SAP.Knowledge of human resources.Availability and flexibility of schedules.Focus on achievement, customer service and empathy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
