Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.We are looking for a HR Specialist - Personnel AdministrationMain activities are:- Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements.- Assists in labor relations activities as assigned.- Processes associate transactions in the HR Systems.- Give support to the organization's benefits programs (e.G., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)- Advise associates on state and federal employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and other programs.- Provide customer and personnel services.
