If you consider yourself a "people person," If you are an Amazing HR with great sourcing skills who wants permanent work from home, and work with an amazing global team, then keep reading!**Skills and Proficiencies Requirements**:- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.- Good understanding of the full cycle recruitment process and scope of HR functions.- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.- Solid problem-solving and team-worker abilities.- Experience in different Freelancing/VA Job boards: Upwork, Indeed, Onlinejobsph, and Linkedin Recruiter, etc.- Experience working in a remote company.- Exposure to a fast-paced startup environment- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training employees.- Experience in Talent Acquisition (including full-life cycle recruiting) and/or Training- Work on a self-employed basis- Hourly pay on weekly basis**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Participate in creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.- Design and implement effective training and development plans.- Participate in performing 30,60,90 days and annual employee performance reviews.- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.- Support the Talent Acquisition process by job postings, job fair support, interview scheduling, review of offer letters, administration of background checks, and onboarding/offboarding of employees.- Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.- Respond to employees' queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.- Help maintain and improve the culture of the company by taking care of employees' needs and organizing team building.- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.- Constant learning and career-growing opportunities- Fun and supportive team**A few perks to consider once hired include**:- Permanent Work from home.- We offer consistent and reliable work hours, and therefore compensation, sought after by most freelancers and independent contractors.
