Hr Supervisor

Job descriptionThe HR Officer supports the HR Manager in driving the people agenda for the assigned business unit(s). The role works closely with leaders to deliver key HR processes, such as advancement planning, performance management, and disciplinary actions.Responsibilities:Assist the HR Manager in executing organizational transformation plans and initiatives including but not limited to reorganization, talent repurposing, advancement planning, talent reviews, career management, coaching, coordination with Operations team, etc.Collaborate with line managers to create succession plans and customize individual development plans for key talents.Assist in implementing initiatives related to improving employee engagement and employee experience.Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.Qualifications:Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.At least 3-5 years work experience as an HR Generalist, with exposure in Organization Development, Employee Relations/Labor Relations, and HR Business Partnering.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Company Christmas giftCompany eventsHealth insuranceOpportunities for promotionSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryOvertime payApplication Question(s):CAN START ASAP?Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
